Infanteenie Beenie is not sterile. Not even close to being sterile. These have been handled since a bow and a jewel are stuck on it and then put in a plastic container. How is this sterile for NICU babies? When asking the owner, Missy Woolf, She refuses to give information about her sterilization process but STILL advertises as "Sterile". Refunds are not given because they are no longer sterile....... seriously?
Also, this is NOT the best fitting hat. Way too small and baby was only 7 pounds! I would understand if it didn't fit a 9 or 10 pound baby. Are these for preemies???? It's advertised as guaranteed to fit. Owner does not back that claim up. Very disappointing. If you complain to the owner, she refuses to accept that you might have a defective hat and lets you know of all the THOUSANDS of narmal baby heads that these fit just fine. Ok, so is she saying MY babies head is the problem and it couldn't possibly be a misewn hat that she advertises to fit up to a 3 month old?
Any attempts to give your opinion about WHY the product didn't work for me has been met with sarcasm and "nice nasty" comments from Missy Woolf.
The hat is way overpriced for the quality it is also. These are just like hospital hats but with a bow on it. I think she should call it "Assembled in the USA" because this has china written all over it.
