Late September - Ordered Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes.
10/9/19 - have not received order, Reached out to Indigo Petco on status.
10/9/19 - received email stating I will receive my order before Halloween.
10/19/19 - received text that order was shipped but did not give tracking number. Sent email to Indigopetco stated that I have a party on 10/26 and need costumes before then.
10/30/19-did not receive response from my 10/19/19 email, have sent another email asking for status and requesting directions on returning their costumes
10/31/19-received costume at 11:30am. However, only received 1 costume (Deadly Dog) and as of date (11/4/19) have not received the other costume or response to my email.
I have needed the ring I purchased for a special occasion so I have placed my order way before the date just to make sure I have it on time. The product I’ve purchased has not arrived on time despite that and still to this day is still not shipped. I have emailed the company twice I have left comments on their Instagram page to which they’ve responded to with deleting my comments and blocking me for only pointing out the product I purchased have not been shipped. The emails I have sent to them regarding the issue have not been answered and it has been some time. The tracking page says "on its way” the next step is "out for delivery” and it has not been out for delivery it has been sitting in New York for over a month not out for delivery.
