In the beginning, the issue was their disorganization. I contacted two different locations, four times, to schedule drive times for my son, and all those scheduled times, when my husband and son showed up, they would be informed that my son is NOT on the schedule, one time there wasn't even an instructor present at all and when we called the offices to find out what's going on, we couldn't get in touch with anyone. We went back one time an hour later and the instructor we spoke to that one time said I'm looking at my list but he's not on here but I cannot guarantee that you won't be charged a fee for a no show, What! Anyway, we informed the instructor we will not be paying for a no show fee because we showed up, the instructor didn't, charge him or her. Anyway, the other reasons we were told are, the man you spoke to probably just wrote it on paper and didn't put on the computer, then the information got lost, the other one is the person you spoke with about that schedule no longer works with us so your son's information got lost. When my son finally got to drive this two times, my son asked is he suppose to be teching me things and I said, Yes, it's a driving school. This last time which was his second drive time with the same instructor, the instructor informed my son that they are more used to student's that have driving experience like that kid, he's been driving since he was 8. Obviously, it made me feel like the worst mom in the world because aparently I should have been giving my kid driving lessons at 8 years old, but the biggest disappointment for me is that this is suppose to be a happy and special time for my son and he doesn't want to do it anymore because of this chaos. Because of our unhappiness with their service, i wanted to just get a partial refund for the four drive times I already paid for because we no longer want to go back to them especially with all that's happened. The owner informed me that she will not give me a refund but she will schedule the four drives with another instructor. Yes, this sounds fair to someone who wants to stay in business with them but we've had enough. We don't trust them and we that's including my son has had nothing but a bad experience with them so we just want a partial refund for services we will not be using. We were just asking for refund for the four drive times but that's just not doable.
