I bought a full lace wig from Indian mermaid hair extension which in total cost $329. They said it would take 3-4weeks to make and a week to deliver. They failed to inform me that they didn’t have any on stock until I had paid. They don’t reply to emails fast, it takes about a week at best. It’s been four weeks and I asked for an update but they haven’t replied. I should of look for the reviews before buying. I knew something was fishy Bc they don’t use PayPal. DO NOT buy from them they will just take your money and ignore you. I’m working to get my money back with my bank.
i ordered over 50 bundles and frontals from this company indian mermaid xtension hair. before i completed a bank transfer of $3000 i was able to receive great communication. Once they received my money all communication went to a bare minimum. it seemed as if i was begging and pleading for a response a tracking number something. it took 2 1/2 months to receive a tracking number. once they finally sent out my shipment it was missing over 25 packs of hair including the frontals. the wet and wavy blonde hair was very very nappy which made it impossible to sell! i have been trying to contact them for 3 months now pertaining to my missing bundles or either my money back, still no response!!! they promote if you buy 50 bundles or more you will get 10 free bundles. that is a lie!! i recommend no one do business with this company everrrrrr or you will be sorry!! believe they are scammers!!! they are scamming us americans!!!
