This lot have just rebranded themselves. Independent Servicing Ltd call you up mentioning Dyson. They don't actually claim to be Dyson but it makes the unwary believe they are associated with Dyson and are authorised by them. They offer a cut price vac service at £25 then when they arrive they change parts that don't need changing and replace them with copy parts. The cost then rockets and they convince you to sign up to a service plan on a direct debit. The machine is still under manufacturers warranty!!! They did this to an 85 year old. Reading on this site the Scoffins and Green have a history of this sort of scam under the name of kb midlands lincoln. They have a registered office in Liverpool, a trading address in Leeds but the names lead back to Lincoln and Burton Road. It's time this lot were cleaned up for good.
