I joined imvu on 24/9/2007, i have my account since 13 years on imvu, I don't use imvu as a job or as a mean to earn money, but i only use it as mean to socialise and escape my real life stress and depression...at first when i joined imvu i had no idea what it is about, but as the years past i grown to love it and got so much attached to it and it became like my 2nd home beside my real home in real life....I am not a social person in real life and i suffer from severe depression and stress, 4 years ago i lost my father which caused me to suffer even more depression, and on 2018 my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, so you can imagine how that made me feel and how much it increased my depression....in all this imvu was the only thing which made me escape my depression and feel better, it was always my anti stress and like my medicine for depression....I have always been so loyal and honest and never broke any of imvu terms of service or rules.
3 years ago on 17/7/2017 imvu disabled my account and send me a message that i have violated their terms of service, i didn't even know what they are talking about and had no idea what they saying, so i filed a help ticket from the help center on imvu and told my case and told them that i have never did any such thing and asked them what terms they think i have violated, but they refused to tell me anything and only insisted on that i broke the terms and my account will not be given back to me, i kept begging them not to do this and that it is a big mistake from their behalf, but they never listened to anything, then i got my account back after 21 days after it was proven that imvu disabled me wrong and falsely and it was a big mistake.
Now on 8/27/2020 they send me same message again as they did 3 years ago and saying same exact things as they did before, and disabled my account again...and even now they refuse to tell me anything or give it back...I have told them that they did the same mistake even before and then it was proven wrong and my account was given back to me, but they are not listening and not giving it back just like before....they refuse to reason or listen to anything i tell them and keep saying that my account is banned permentaly.
I request and appeal from you to help me get my account back...I have spend 13 year of my life working hard and building everything i have on my account, i have put all my heart and soul on it and it is like my heart, i will die if i lose it...i have became so much more sick and under depression ever since imvu disabled my account for no reason....I have never in my whole 13 years on imvu ever violated any terms of service or policies...I use imvu only as a stress relief and escape from depression, i don't even earn money from imvu, and i create products on it as a hobby and because i love designing and graphics....please imvu dont do this to me and give me my account back, it means all my life to me.

I spent over 15 hindred dollars on that game. i called them put in tickets and they said they couldnt help me unless the person who card was used call the bank to pay back yhe money. it never was used on my account im very pissed off and i want back my account or my money. i never commityed any crime any tjong i bought i used my own debit card and pay pal account
This is just nerve wrecking cause i never did nothing or committed no ctime. i just want back my accoint or a pay out of my money. imvu are bullies and rip off they need yo be stopped
Hello,as the title says IMVU stole my account,products and 2000,00 USD .
So i was an avatar creator on imvu,and you have the option to chose what do you want to receive,credits or real money from your sells,i chose real money and from my sells and work i managed to make the amount of 2000 dolars.
So i asked imvu inc for my payout and in the next 4 days i woke up with my account getting disabled and no solid reason for that,also i couldn't get my money back because they don't let you,so they just stole everything and left me a message like ''we're sorry but your account was linked to another accounts who use fraudulent credits'' wtf? no,i never do those kind of things because i'm aware of their policy.
So i made 6 Help tickets,asking what is the real reason for my disabled account,and they won't answer for a week,and after this week they tell me the same stupid thing,making me feel like i'm guilty for something i never did.
I am not the only one who imvu uses for money,i also read the other reports about this evil company,and i wish somebody would end this !
They just wait for you to get a big amount of money and after that they give you a fake reason so you won't ask for other questions or for your account back,it's a scam and this is not the first account disabled,it's the 3rd one !
If you want to get VIP you have to pay 75,00USD,if you want AP you also have to pay,so you pay for everything,and they just take,never give,and they don't give a f**k about your work.
I made an IMVU account this year. I spent more than $300 on my avi, outfits, hair, shoes, accessories, VIP, AP ect...Its been a week that I havent been on IMVU due to a email that I received saying that I was banned permanently with no explinations. I tried getting in contact with them but I couldnt because i had to be logged in, in order to request for a help ticket.
So I made another account just so I can request for the help ticket. After all that was done I received only 2 emails from IMVU, 1) Was to let me know that they received my complaint. 2) Was to ask me for more information to clarify if it was really me..? I did all that asap! But no help yet! They took my money and erased my account! seriously?
I told them that I wanted my account back because I havent violated any rule, I also told them that if giving my account back was an issue then I needed all of my money back. This is ridiculous! I lost everything because they want to be ripoffs! I hope the day comes so everybody whos been played by IMVU sue them!
