I ordered patches for the sleeves of my employees on 11/14/11. I was told the patches would be produced and sent within two weeks. I received and email stating that my order was headed into production. On 12/14, I hadnt received anything so I called. They opened a trouble ticket and explained the order must have been lost. They gave me the chance to get a refund or wait two more weeks for the items.

Now, 1/17/12, I can not get anyone to return my calls and when I do get through, I am getting hung up on. 5 times today. I pai $138.00 for the order and am now out the money.

I ordered some products from IMPRINTS.COM and or 24HOURWRISTBANDS.COM. Once I choose my products from IMPRINTS.COM and or 24HOURWRISTBANDS.COM a highlighted area said I was eligible for 100 FREE more Wristbands to click the box. After I was done finishing my order with IMPRINTS.COM and or 24HOURWRISTBANDS.COM I was sent to a page to fill in my information and to place my order. Before I put my credit card info in I look at my total then I put in my card info and hit make purchase.

I was sent a receipt with my order to my email. I open my email and it was $20.00 more. I called to make a complaint the gentleman put a ticket in. I received a email a few hours later saying that they tried to call me which was a lie because i had no miss calls and i was waiting for someone to call me back. I called them back twice. After being on hold for 45 min i was disconnected. Then I called back again was on hold for 40 min and disconnected again.

Now today i finally got a hold of them they were beating around the bush with all kinds of excuses with the hidden fees telling me they where in the terms and conditions which to me is BS because is should of been in my total. There was a "$10.00" processing fee for the FREE wrist bands. Then the 100 bands that I am getting extra are not FREE they cost $10.00 which was not in my total. You can go to the website and place a order and it will not show anywhere in your total at all. This to me is hidden fees. I will never do business with them again. They are a huge headache. I wold not use IMPRINTS.COM and or 24HOURWRISTBANDS.COM ever!

I ordered custom silicone wristbands from 24HourWristbands.com (Imprint.com) and requested rush to production as well as rush delivery. After numerous calls, representatives failed to inform me that the product had not yet been produced/delivered. Yet insisted that it would be delivered on time. I opened several trouble tickets and was assured customer service would contact me. To date - no call has been received. I was initially told that I should contact Customer Service, yet they do not have a customer service department via phone. It is all done on-line. Completely frustrating.

Via the online service ticket, I was notified that they would not refund my shipping fees of $49.99. The ticket was closed by the indicating the situation was resolved stating "Confirm Solved".

When I finally did receive my order, the product was of poor quality. I am returning the wristbands and requesting a FULL refund. The Dispute Resolution department at my credit card company has also been contacted and is now engaged with this issue. I will have to continue to pursue this as they will not return my calls or make any attempt at rectifying the issues.

DO NOT do business with this company. I was basically lied to repeatedly about both the order itself and the customer service department. They are NOT honest and will put you through call after call holding or hanging up on you. They definitely have issues with ETHICS.

ORDERED 300 WRISTBANDS ON LINE BUT NOTHING WAS CLEAR OF DATES TO BE DELIVERED. SINCE I NEEDED THEM WITHIN A WEEK I WAITED UNTIL THE MORNING TO ORDER TO BE CLEAR OF THE DATE THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED. TALKED WITH GIRL AND SHE SAID SHE COULD JUST DO THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE. GAVE HER ALL THE INFO OF BANDS NEEDED. ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT COLORS, 100 OF EACH COLOR. WAS TO RECIVE 100 FREE FOR A CHARGE OF 10.00.

SHE SENT ME THE ORDER FORM AND AT TOP IT SAID, QUANITY: 200...YES THAT IS CORRECTSO I KEPT READING... WENT ON THE DESCRIBE THE BAND AND WHAT WAS GOING TO ON THEM.

AT THE BOTTOM OF INVOICE IT SAID 10O FREE...YES... 3 ROWS DOWN IT SAYS 100 WHITE. THAT WAS CORRECT...THE FREE WRISTBANDS WERE TO BE WHITE. SO ORDER IS CORRECT. 200 ORDERED AND 100 FREE.

WAS I WRONG! SHE NEVER ENTERED THE OTHER COLOR. I RECIEVED 200 WHITE AND NONE OF MY OTHER COLORS.

I PAID 140.00 FOR SOMETHING I COULD HAVE GOTTEN FROM ANOTHER COMP. FOR MUCH LESS...ON TOP OF IT...YOU CANNOT READ THE WRISTBANDS AT ALL! IT IS AS IF THEY ARE PLAIN WHITE. PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEEN THEM HAVE HAD TO FEEL TO SEE WHERE THE IMPRINT STARTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE COMP. HAS MADE ME TAKE A PIC OF THE BANDS AND EMAIL TO THEM AND THEN WAIT 24 HOURS TO RESPOND. MEAN WHILE, I HAVE A TOURNAMENT IN 3 DAYS AND WAS GOING TO USE THESE AS A WAY TO RAISE MONEY FOR THIS MANS FAMILY. THEY ARE LOUSY AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING SOMEONE ELSE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THAT COMP.

THE PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD HAVE CARED LESS THAT THIS WAS FOR A FUNDRAISER.

THEY ARE AWFUL AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL ALL MY MONEY IS REFUNDED!

CHEAP BANDS DONT USE!!!!
