I bought a refrigerator for my mother in July of 2017. It broke down 2 weeks ago and I called the 800 number, emailed tech support, yet no one has responded in any way other than sending me an automated ticket stating that my concern was low priority. I had informed them in several voicemails and email that my mom needs the refrigerator to store her medications. After extensive research, the company looks like a fake, just accepting new orders only. I want consumers to beware and not waste their money. I ended up throwing out 100.00 of food. I am physically disabled and had to carry 10 bags of rotten food to the curb and I had to spend 700.00 on a new refrigerator so that my mom coutdo store her medications and food.
