Placed 400.00 dollars down on a 2009 Ford Fusion. The next day we were informed that the vehicle was unavailable and they had switched us to a 2012 Ford Focus costing 2000.00 more. We went to go get it the next day now being 2 days delayed and was informed it wasn't ready due to having to go through emissions testing. We had already left to pick it up when we received the call. Upon arriving home one of my good friends informed me he would sell me a car with only 34000 for 2500.00 dollars. I took the deal and immediately called IMOTORS informing them I no longer wanted the car. At no time were we informed the deposit to hold the car was nonrefundable. Were and older couple in our late sixties living on social security.
