Am ad came across my Facebook page offering a trial of face cream and anti-aging serum for$4.95. I read all and decided to try it. This was Aug. 2017. I received my trial creams, not overly impressed with the results. Then without notice, on Sept 6 2017 my credit card was charged $109.93 and a day later $115.?? . I emailed the company and told them this was in error. " Sorry. No refunds." I cancelled whatever it was they thought I had signed up for. Then the same charges were again applied to my credit card in Oct. 2017. I made a phone call. They offered their products at a reduced rate. No thank you. I want my money returned to my account. I was told they did not give refunds. Explaining that I had cancelled the membership made no difference to them. They were cold and unconcerned that they had made an error.
An ad on Facebook offered a skin care cream trial, pay shopping only. I received the cream plus another skin care product with a different name. No paperwork regarding products or information re: returns or contact info was included. Approximately 1mo. later I received another package with the 2 products and was charged $109.00 . Still no paperwork on location of company, contact info, or return info.
