Company sent 4 separate "monthly" shipments in 2 months and automatically charged my credit card $89 for each shipment. Attempted to cancel by e-mail and phone and got nothing but hostility and arguments. Company refuses to issue an RMA to allow return of any products. Return policy on their website indicates no returns after 30 days of original order date which they claim to mean the trial order date, not the multiple shipment afterwards. They make it challenging to dispute the charge without allowing return of the product. Their mailing address is a PO Box so it is difficult to determine where they actually operate from. Don't order any FREE TRIAL because it is just a scam to get your credit card number and begin charging away multiple times each month!!!
Did not realize that this was a 14 day trial on these products. I was out of town when the product trial ran out and did not call to cancel product. The took 87.35 from my checking account. When I called they said too bad you should have read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS you had 14 days to cancel and you owe us 87.35. This is crazy a free samply is suppose to be free and if you decide to purchase more it should be your decision not theirs. I had to cancel my bank card and file a dispute. This company states that they will say I ordered the product.
I was defrauded to the tune of approx. $600.00 by Dermabelle-ilumaderm company. Thanks to my bank, they were able to represent my interest and it it ongoing. please don't fall another victim. All the customer representatives I spoke Lacole, L, Alex S and Ashen were very rude to say the least. They refused to give their last names claiming confidentiaLity but they asked for and got my information, I have right to confidentiality too. Their address reads SANTA ANA California. Why are they using mailbox? The Government will needs to step in.
I have bought the product online Free Trial. The product does not work as it said. The Company Of Ilumaderm and Revyve are both charged me with the products without my consent. They have withdraw almost 200 dollars out from my bank account and I did not know about it.
I was interested in the product ilumaderm said free trial! After entering my information on- line I read further where it states they will charge your card... I did not complete the transaction I called immediately making sure it did not go through. The product showed up at my door, I called right away they said call back they see it cancelled. Today I called they charged my card 89.95. They refused to give me a 100% refund and would not listen THey are a scam company!! beware
Ilumaderm is being adverised on Facebook. The ad includes endorsment from the tv program, Shark Tank. Saying this was the deal that every member of Shark Tank, had bought a share in the Ilumaderm product.
Just pay $4.95 for a free sample to cover shipping. It is not free. Nothing else to buy. Wrong. Deceiving information to get your credit card info. so the company can send you the product every month and charge the credit card.
