I took my bike to Ike's Motor Cycle and Scooter Clinic for repairs in Randburg and it became a nightmare from there.
When I picked up the bike after repairs it was not starting and he started fixing it in front of me like he never checked it before I arrived.He said he fitted a new battery (among other things) which I paid but I found out it was old. I got stuck countless times after leaving the shop and he was not interested in helping me. This was after paying him R 6000.
I then kept going to his shop for 3 months to fix what was not working and I paid extra R 1700 in the process. The bike’s LCD stopped working after he fixed the bike meaning I could not even see if I had petrol or not, when I asked he said it will work as I ride, also I realized my hooter had stopped working after repairs.
From the day I took my bike to this repair shop, 3 month my scooter spent more time with him than with me. I decided to take my bike somewhere else cause I was going to spend a fortune on this crook mechanic.
I am very disappointed with the service I received and most definitely won’t be going back.
