I was on my facebook news feed like I am everyday and came across a targeted ad by facebook with a really cool Princess Tent that I knew my daughter would die for… So I clicked through to the site which was Hotstimulate.com I ended up adding a few more things to my cart. I received an order confirmation with tracking so I was excited! I am always excited when buying my little princess new things online… I love seeing her face when they arrive…
But… of course when I went to check the tracking number they provided, it did not exist. So now I was a bit worried… So I contacted support at Hotstimulate asking what was going on with my order and tracking… They told me it takes some time to update in the carriers system and to wait a few days… So I checked the tracking over and over each day for a couple of weeks and it was still non existent… So I revisited the Hotstimulate.com website to see if there was a phone number I could call, but the site was no longer there!!!
I contacted support through the email that I first contacted them with and they would not respond to me until I said I was contacting my credit card company… They responded with “what is your order number” it was included in the subject line of the email but I responded with my order number, ordered items, tracking provided and transaction details… No response… another week of emails to them with NO response, site still offline but seeing a few other sites they run are up… These guys are running scam sites taking your money and never sending anything…. Please beware!!!
It seems as if the parent company to these scam websites is IGROUPBUY.ONLINE
My credit card was charged by this company IGROUPBUY.ONLINE
I also see this company accepting payments for a few other similar websites that are most likely scam websites as well. Please stay away from anything that IGROUPBUY.ONLINE is the person receiving the payment. Hotstimulate.com , IGROUPBUY.ONLINE , Nxxyss.com All the same company
