I have start signing up with IGOT on September 2014 and start using the service for Bitcoin trading, I was being offer by Rick Day to have a better transaction rate after my volume have increase on January 2015, on 06 May 2015 after I have sell a total of 160 Bitcoin and I requested for a withdrawal of SGD48,462.00, the money was never send, by then I contacted Rick Day the CEO of the company, I was told that a big fraudulent transaction on their bank account have delay all the payment, Rick Day have make many promises that my withdrawal will be send soon but no payment was make until end of July I only manage to get SGD20,000.00 Paid by the company and was promises by Rick Day again that the remaining balance of SGD28,462.00 will be paid before August 15, since then after the due date I received nothing from them, I contacted Rick Day through email and was told that my payment will be send soon and nothing have being done till today, I have email their customer support and posting on their facebook and twitter page asking for my payment but there is no response from them, my support ticket were close without replying. Rick I want my remaining balance to be paid! You have make so many promises that my money will be send since 06 May 2015.
After signing up with iGot, we were contacted and offered low-rate merchant services in exchange for storing our Bitcoin on the iGot platform/online wallet. We transferred $12,000USD in Bitcoin to iGot (plus another 43btc) and initiated a sell and wire transfer to our account. This was on July 2nd. To date, we have received NOTHING. We initiated a transfer of our additional 43 stored Bitcoin and had to wait approx five days before seeing it in our external wallet. This was after sending many emails threatening action. There is no customer support and our inquiries to their Facebook page were immediately blocked and banned. They have sent us several excuses in an email about a DDOS attack, but this information is false - there's no way that iGot has been suffering from a Denial of Service attack since July 2nd.
hello I have been trying to get 2 withdrawals to be paid to my account for nearly 1 year now .I have lost $4000 approx. plus am waiting for 3.9 btc as well!! igot are rip off bastards and rick day needs to be tracked down and humiliated on tv .mt gox comparisons are very close. talk to 730 report on abc Australia they will track him down!! if enough people do this there may be some way of getting our money back!!
