Ordered two pair for my girl, and they were damaged. I have continuously tried to contact by email and nothing....radio silence. They had no problem taking my money but now they are no where to be found .. they need to be shamed on social media so no one else gets scammed and looses their money
Back in Febraury, I bought three pairs of pants from iFitzo because they had a good deal. I received them in a decent time frame. One pair fit well, one was just not my style and one was too big. So I returned those two. One for a refund and one to exchange for another size This was back in early March. My husband contacted them and they let us know that we would lose the promotion pricing which was fine with us. We just wanted to return one and exchange the other. They did tell us the pants I wanted to exchange were back-ordered which we were willing to wait for. I sent emails, dm’s on Instagram and a messages on Facebook because of course they have no phone number to call. These messages happened between March, April and May. They have refused to answer me to give me an update on my order. If and when I get my pants, I will never order from them again nor will I recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted their customer service several times (only an email address is provided) and never received a reply. At this point I just want my money back.
