After ~9k miles I discovered both lower ball-joints were bad. I originally attributed the problem to the fact the lift had prematurely worn the ball-joints. After disassembly I discovered that the upper ball-joints and the steering knuckles were substantially damaged.
iDrive installed the wrong steering knuckles when they installed the lift. Promises of a call from the owner went undelivered. I accepted risk buying a custom truck but iDrive refused to take responsibility for mistakes in thier allegded area of expertise. I made a reasonable request that iDrive simply pay for the correct parts.
We purchased a 2011 Ford F350 SuperDuty and it didn't make it 500 miles before the engine blew. It's costing me $14000 to repair and they are unwilling to do anything about it.
They lied to us on multiple occassions about the work that they do to their vehicles to make sure they are quality.
I asked them to help in any way and their response was "sometimes its was just bad luck."
They had cleaned the underside of the truck to hide that the engine had massive leaks that would have made me walk away and when we noticed they said that they had already done work on it but the shop told us that was a lie. They had never had this truck in before.
They will say anything to get you to purchase from them. They seem to be willing to do anything to hide the issues with their product.
I've worked with bad dealerships in the past, and you get a bit cynical, but these guys seem to take it to a new level.

They give small businesses a bad name.
