Sent IDEAZON/ Matt Green $14,000.00 on September 30, 2020. The only reason we chose IDEAZON over any other company was because of a video that they once had on their website of Kevin O'leary touting Matt Green and the folks at Ideazon. They were since forced to remove the video by and at the behest of Mr. Wonderful.
Well... we have experienced the same problems as all of the other posts on this site. They scheduled our initial launch for November 6, 2020 which never happened. They then rescheduled another launch date which needless to say never happened. They (Matt Green) then suggested that we change our Indiegogo campaign to Kickstarter (another delay tactic) and they would create a campaign page for us and promised again a new launch date of February 4, 2021. It turns out that Kickstarter rejected their campaign page and notified us of changes that needed to be made. Well... that was the final straw that broke the camels back. Don't you think that IDEAZON, an expert at crowd funding marketing that has supposedly done hundreds of campaign pages would know how to create an acceptable campaign page?
We have retained legal counsel and are actively seeking a full refund and are filing criminal charges. We have been told that if we were the only one that got ripped off... it would be a civil action. However... since there is a pattern of others being ripped off... that constitutes fraud.
Matt Green offered a $4700.00 settlement this morning. Totally unacceptable. We have no evidence whatsoever that they had performed any thing specified in (as they call it) Phase I and Phase II. What a shame.
Similar story to the other 2 here on scamion. They took my payment of over 10k, contracted for a list of pre-launch marketing, creation of marketing materials, post launch markleting and targeting etc. Months of incorrect collateral, missed deadlines, no return calls, emails unanswered, and i always gave them the ebenfit of the doubt unitl 5 biz days before the "launch" date and no clarification on all of the tasks to be done was provided.
Buyer beware here, even the commission rates they offer seem like they are incetivized to perform, but they did not with me. Litigation has started here.

I sent them the other half of the fee. In July they began to send me information and writings on what they were doing. They said they could help me raise $100,000 on Kickstarter. They are a marketing company. We were supposed to launch the Kickstarter on Sept 22. That date came and went and it didn't happen. I began to send them emails about when are we going to launch. I would not hear back from them for 2 weeks or so. I called them they would never return my phone call. Another month went by and they email me and say we are doing this or that but they would never give me a launch date. at the end of Nov. I started asking for my money back. Nothing.
They told me they were working on my information. They called me and said they would be assembling the page live while we talked on the phone. That didn't happen. They then said it would be done over the weekend that didn't happen. That was 2 weeks ago. I begin to increase my request for my money back. I did some research and found two people posting online saying this company had done the same thing to them and it happened during the same period of time that mine happened.
I emailed them again told them what I had found about the other people who were dissatisfied with their service and wanted their money back. The Ceo Matt Green at that point got my stuff done and it was on the Kickstarter page this was this Monday. Now they said they are ready to launch. First of all we are 3 months behind. In Oct I did change the name they say that's why there is a delay but that's bull. At this point, I don't want to work with them because I don't know if they have done the marketing necessary to make my Kickstarter a success. And I saw someone else who said that for his campaign they only raised $40. That is ridiculous and they still did not want to give him his money back.
We are developing a beverage brand, focused on the Latin market in the USA. We needed help developing a marketing campaign for Crowdfunding platforms. We came into the company IDEAZON on the web, they advertised a 100% satisfaction money back for their clients. We contacted them and hired their services at a $14,000.00 USD fixed fee (August 06, 2020) , in which we payed $7,000.00 USD up front to start working.
By week five we had not seen any progress at all, no updates, no calls nor emails by week 6. They were suppose to finish all the work by October 06, 2020 but they did not hand in any final draft, useful material nor had a clear explanation of the date they will deliver. We have asked for an answer but no clear response has been give in over 10 weeks. We have waisted time, money and hopes on our project thanks to IDEAZON.
They are not willing to keep their 100% satisfaction money back publicity. Co-Founder Matthew Green [email protected] and Robert Klein [email protected] are the once in charge of the business, We want full refund of our deposit.
