Fraud. Take your money but have no appointments for over a month then refuse to refund your money. Very bad. Had to file fraud charges to get my refund.

For months I have been trying to receive a service and they have not given me a reason. I can't get the service I paid for and I can't get my money back.

In their offices nobody knows anything and they never contact me or give a reason for the procedure they carry out. They just delay it or cancel it

User's recommendation: They abuse the customer, find another place.

Since I've started doing business with you there were always errors occurring and the customer service was never good nor satisfying nor understanding. To begin my experience they scheduled me in the wrong clinic that was hours from my home and it took weeks to get that switched. Then when I finally got to the correct clinic they ended up not doing the treatment because of a small burn on my knee; which I understand but then they didn't get me in until months later. Then they'd cancel my appointments without telling me and then when I drive there and they inform me I am not in their schedule they don't fit me in and again I get pushed back out months.

They didn't stick to the schedule that was intended for the treatment nor treat me as per the contract. I was being treated too soon according to my hair growth and then I was being spot treated 90% of my visits which the contract states that only 4 of the 9 are to be touch-ups. Treatment was not finished to satisfaction and some of the technicians felt bad a few times they'd do a double on an area because it's almost as if they knew I'd end up getting the unfavorable treatment by management.

So when my contract was up they scheduled me for a review on my progress because I was told every person is different and if it did not take they would extend my contract at no cost to me. So management seen me a mere 4 weeks after my last treatment which we all know is not the 6-10 that is required to give the hair time to grow back. Then the manager refused to listen to my rebuttals and concerns on my contract and said we strive for 60% so you did well with our treatments. I did not pay the thousands of dollars I have been saving up for years for a 60% outcome. So now I am at ten weeks since my last hair treatment and all my areas of treatment have thick dark hair everywhere and I am not happy at all.

Got a Zoom consultation with Kai Mills on September 30, 2021. She got me into paying $2,123.59 in advance prior to schedule the services. She sent a contract and rushed me to sign. She didn’t explain anything about contraindications or cancelation. I was really clear to her that I needed the treatment done soon for some big travel plans and she assured it was not going to be an issue.

When I called the location to book, they were more than 2 months out. I emailed Kai Mills and she told I would get a refund (I have the email as proof). October 7 someone from billing contacted me and she basically said I cannot get a refund. Unless I have a medical issue or some nonsense about not getting the services in 60 days.

They will take my $2,123.59 for 60 day (if they don't find an excuse for not refund me) There’s is literally THOUSANDS of complaints and claims against them on

Also their YELP, Google, Facebook are full on stories similars to mine. AND THE SCAM IT’S NATIONWIDE NOT ONLY IN TEXAS!

Somebody needs to investigate their techniques and this shady Company

I have called and left them quite a few messages asking for the lady that set up my account to call me back and she refuses to call me back, I haven't gotten any services done I called prior to my appointment to cancel everything because I found out that my daughter needs to get braces and that I can't afford this payment and to also pay for my daughters braces.

I don't want to pay for a service I never received, it is extremely unfair to my daughter mainly because now I have to explain to her that now I can't afford to fix her smile because Ideal Image is being uncooperative and wont void the contract. I am half tempted to take my daughter in that location and have that lady explain to my daughter why she can't get her braces done.

I am extremely frustrated, mad, and sad more so because I now can't take care of what I need to take care of with my daughter. I will never ever ever recommend Ideal Image to anyone that I know ever and I will be putting reviews about the whole situation on google, yelp, and everywhere that I possibly can to let everyone know that Ideal Image is a complete rip off and they don't work with people, all they care about is their money.
