I purchased the Image Revive face cream Dec 16.2016, read all the terms and conditions including return information. I returned the product Jan 3.2017 for a total of 14$. They received at their warehouse Jan 13.2017 well before their deadline of Jan 27.2017 (i have the Canada Post receipt with the tracking #).
I was charged Jan 27.2017 on my visa $149.93. They confirmed they had received my return and said that i could only have 50% of my money returned to me! Their website idealbalanceandbeauty.com does not say this on Dec 16 when i ordered nor as of today's date (Feb 13.2017). They told me i was looking at the wrong website. i printed off the terms and conditions of the website above that i ordered from. They then told me i had to look at the terms and conditions of image-revive.com for the correct terms and conditions. this information is not on the order website of idealbalanceandbeauty.com which i told their representative.
The rep. told me he would escalate it to top management as i said this was not accurate marketing and fools the customer and is in fact dishonest.
I am expecting a phone call from them but am not holding my breath. at present i get 50% return. I ordered a new visa card as I don't know if they will continue to charge me going forward.
