What a scam operation. They make themselves out to be a local business with a keen knowledge of the Idaho singles scene.
Nothing could be further from the truth. My “matchmaker” was a clueless individual based in California. She teed up three dates that were so off the mark (location, look and personality) that I asked to get oout of my contract.
Of course, that resulted in nothing but excuses and absolutely no rememdy. I wrote many letters to their president, and each time someone else responded saying that “to request any changes to your membership, refund or otherwise, you have to speak to the Member Services Department.” That put me back into the loop with the matchmaker, who continued to argue “you've got to give it more time.”
These people are high-pressure salespeople who are part of one big, fraudulent operation. Their motto should be: “We take your money and run!”
Signed up with their program and after the first person they contacted me with I complained that I no longer wanted their services and now I'm stuck in a payment plan with their sleezy finance company. They don't show photos of the dating partners because they stick you with the next person whom they have manipulated into a contract.
The whole organization promises professional match making but they do not deliver and I would highly recommmend never being involved with a business like this.
I signed up with this company and they are out ragiously expensive. They keep you going till you at least sign up for a couple of dates making you think they are giving you a better and better deal. They give you the impression you will be working with someone locally who will match you and that is totally false. I had three matches with this company and I worked with a different person in a different town everytime.
The first date they matched me with was so totally not what was even close to what my profile was it was crazy. I had one specific request on a match and they did not even match this one specific thing. There excuse was the person lied on his application. Well if that was the case he lied on about three different things from what they told me about him before I met him.
The second match, matched my number one criteria but again was not really someone who I had a lot in common with.
They did give me a complimentary third match because my first match was so bogus but this match we had exactly one thing in common. I am a very out going person who is very active and does lots of different things. This person did absolutely nothing but one activity I did, He was not even active he just sat at home all the time and did not do anything but go to dinner with his brother and sister in law on Friday nights.
All this company did was take and match our ages. They are very expensive and totally bogus and a fraud.
