I came across an ad on either Facebook or Instagram (can't specifically recall). The product was an electronic nail file tool. I purchased the item on April 8th and paid with my credit card.
On April 11, I received an email that they were packaging my order.
On April 14, I received an email that said that my order had shipped and contained a USPS tracking number. When I tracked w/ USPS, it said that the label had been created but the item had not yet been received by the USPS, meaning that they printed the label but never actually mailed the product. So I gave it a few days...
On April 22, I sent my first (of many) emails to [email protected] inquiring about where my package was and why it had not yet been shipped.
I sent additional emails on May 2, 7, and twice on May 10. The emails included screenshots from the USPS website that still says that they have not yet received my item.
I have not yet received any response to these emails. I filed a complaint w/ Shopify that I'm still waiting to hear back on.
Despite the fact that they've not yet answered any of the 5 emails I've sent over the last 2+ weeks, EVERY SINGLE DAY I receive a sales email from the same email address that has ignored my 5 emails. I have asked them to stop sending these promotional emails, which they have refused to do. It is an insult to receive advertisements from a store that stole my money and refuses to answer me when I ask the simple question of where my product is.
Additionally, when you look on their website, there is an address in Wyoming, but I've since found out that they are a china based company with no US presence.
I ordered on April 11, I still have not received my package. My tracking number says the same. Label created but has not been shipped. I too keep emailing and they just send me the original email saying my order has been shipped and the tracking number. I sent them a screen shot of the message where it says label created but not shipped. I have told them numerous times that I just want my money back. They send me the original "your order is on its way" email again.
