I called IC Solutions so i could put so money on my phone so my wife will be able to call me she is in jail in this is the company you call so you will be able to get phone calls from the jail so i called give them my credit card information they said the transaction was approved so my wife calls me twice in both calls droped with out me talking to her she calls again in it says insignificant funds im like what so i call the company ics in they tell me it will take 3 business days to put the funds back this was on 4/8/16 here it is 4/21/16 in still no funds have been put back on the phone are card
On 01/07/2016 I purchased a telephone package from this company. They informaed me that after paying over $74 for the use of a phone number they would provide after they processed my payment. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them to no avail.
My husband and I feel that this company deceives its customers by claiming to provide a service they don't provide and have no intention of doing so. They should be ligtigated to the fullest extent.
Inmate Call Solutions never provided the services advertised, I never received a phone number to call the inmate in jail. I contacted them and cancelled my order before it was activated and they said it was cancelled. IT WAS NOT CANCELLED
They charged my credit card $49.28 after they told me that it was cancelled, causing my account to be overdrawn. I have copies of all invoices, email corrospendence that have been created but still nobody will call me, email me or refund my money.
I want them to refund my $49.28 and compensate me for the overdrfts and mental anguish they have caused me. I have 4 fractures in my lower leg and this company is a DISGRACE TO BUSINESSES.
