I started and I came to the company with multiple years of experience. I found out that I was hired as a non experienced investigator.
After a little bit of time, I requested some training on how ICS/Merrill did case management, well, I was told I would never be interviewed since because of my lack of experience.
When I disagreed with a Case Manager, my hours were cut, and Executive Management did not care. The Surveillance Operations Manager was more worried about saving revenue money, he would disapprove vacation time at the last minute.
The company is only out for one thing and one thing only, making money. They do not care about their employees, as, for example, you cannot even call an HR personnel without first going though your CM, where is the open door policy?
Controlling case, what a joke, as an experienced investigate I could not even change a time to best meet the needs of the client without having to give a two page email on why.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who want to either get into the industry or looking to move. You will be stuck as an investigator your whole career.
