I received the box and it did not work (12/2017) after multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded and asked I return the box to an address in India (which shipping costs would be over $85) when I asked them if I could return to Kansas address they refused. I contacted PayPal who attempted to resolve issue but merchant said I had refused to return item.
I then contacted my credit card company after multiple reports they also said the merchant said I refused to return item. I believe this merchant is out to take consumers money knowing the merchandise does not work. I would just like my $100 back and am willing to work with others who have experienced the same with iCoolgadgets.
Ordered There TV Box paid $88.17 for it on December,26 2017 Never got it Have Emailed them several times with same response saying it was processed and never got a Tracking number from them Its March 17th and Nothing from Icoolgadgets They advertise on Facebook Never got what I ordered Icoolgadgets.com
Bought and received 2 tv boxes that were advertised to replace cable. Instructions make no sense, and no one from customer service will get back to me after several emails and one phone call. Their return policy is “3 days after receipt.” Appears to be a scam rip off artist.
They took the money on Jan 22 $176.00 they keept saying its on the way now were in march 19 th still no tv bobes that I ordered. Now they won"t answer any of my Emails I asked for a refund they won"t refund my credit card its been 3 months now i don 't know what else to do
Ordered T V Box in November, was charged $88.18 Nov 11. T V BOX arrived ad after 1 week of trying to make it work with my TV I contacted i coolgadgets by E Mail and they told me to send picture or video of the damage. ( there was no damage) I E Mail that I cannot get it to work and they sent 3 E Mail telling me to download and other things from internet, It still did not work. I researched the company too late and found that when they do refund, you must send merchandise to China which costs more than the merchandise . The shipment I received came from Hayden Lake Idaho USA . I have received a total of 23 E Mail from them since trying to sell me more of their junk. This was under Pay Pal, who closed the complaint without contacting me. When I called Pay Pal today they told me they could not do anything for me , to call my credit card company who had told me it was up to Pay Pal to find the resolution. So Pay Pal is no protection They claimed They had sent notices to wrong E Mail but I have a copy of the actual conversation with the Pay Pal representative who filed the complaint for me.
