My card was blocked without me getting any notice. So I'm trying to use my card to pay bills etc. and it kept being declined. So they take all theses declined fees out of my account still without me knowing they put a block on my card for no reason. So I call and they tell me its a block. I explain to them I know nothing of this block and how they have took my funds out of my account and she says the only thing we can do is send out a new card. Im like what about my money you guys have taken out she quickly avoids question and hangs up. That was my bill money. I just want my money back.
I have tried to reason with this gas company since November 2016 when they 1st started having problems. They shut off our gas for the company. I mailed 2 payments before they finally went to the PO Box to see they had all both checks. (They were not late, nor have I ever been late). The website became scramble due to an updated. All vehicles were and still are mislabled. (You can no longer see which driver is using which vehicle) Gas was used in Dade County and we are in Voluisa County The amounts were for $149.89 and $109.81 back to back same day for Diesel #2 Gas (which I should have gotten an alert for) and when I disputed these charges I was told I have been declined. I did not recived an alert that our card was being used in another county, also when I checked on why I did not received an alert on the amount due to all vehicles are set to $60.00, I was informed that the alerts were no longer on the new website but they would be happy to put them back on for me! Meanwhile this company has lost over $259.70 in credit card charges that were not ours.
Discounts? What discounts? I hardly ever have noticed a discount.
Customer service is terrible. I cant ever get thru to talk to anyone who knows anything. I have dealt with a few fleet gas companies and this company is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am closing my account with them, I just wish I had before now.
