They billed me for services never rendered for unfinished projects 4,000 dollors in the whole. They started a store for me and then they disappeared. There website is down and phone number that they had is disconected. I wanted a refund for this or work to be completed but now they are gone. Can someone help to get these scammers.
The project manager was Mike Young - Sales person Richard Rivera and so on. These people are just simply put scammers.This company is a complete scam they started a store for me also and then disappeared.When noticed they stopped responding totally. That is when I felt something was wrong. They have taken so much my heart earned money.
I contracted with this company in September of 2019 for a fully functional Ecommerce Site with 5 months of operational support. The agreement is that the site would bring me at least $4000 in the first month then scale to $19000 thereafter.
By November my site was not complete ant the other platforms that i was to sell on were never complete. They started altering their contracts as they kept asking me to pay for things that were not included in the contract. For the sake of the project I did.
I tried several times contacting Mike Young and Richard Rivera but to no avail. They kept dodging me until they finally shut their site down and disconnected their lines. I have reported to the New York BBB knowing that these scam bags have made away with the hard-earned money of others.
Icommercedev promised to help me build a dropshipping website and give me training along the way. We were two months into the project which was already moving very slow. "Mike Young "was very unprofessional and unresponsive.
We called Richard Rivera who was the "sales" guy, but he was also unresponsive to calls, email, or basecamp communication.
The project manager put products on the page which were not in alignment at all with what I asked for. "Mike Young" promised to change the products and when we had a meeting scheduled he did not show. We called, left messages, emailed. He was completely gone.
I called "Joel Gay" who he said was his supervisor, but no response from him either. I called Richard Rivera....no response. I went to the website and it was gone. The 800 number not in service. The took thousands of dollars from me. They are scammers and probably will do this again. Be aware of internet fraud and scams like these guys!
Contracted IcommerceDev to develop a ecommerce website. They received $5100 for their services. After they received payment they kept me informed for 2 months on the progress of the project. After 2 months there was no more communication.
I was finally told by the project's manager that Randy Johnson and Richard Rivera were gone and could not be reached anymore and the projected could not proceed anymore. They took my money and disappeared.
