ICMA-RC Reviews
On October 24th 2016 I decided to withdrawal my funds from my retirement account since I no longer worked with the employer who set up my account. Originally I asked for my money to be disbursed by $5,000 increments until the account was dry, via direct deposit. My first payment was supposed to be October 28th. I didn't get any money. I called on Friday and was told I should have my money by Monday. Monday rolls around and no money still. So I call twice. I got the run around. Finally a nice employee called me back to say that they didn't pay me like they were supposed to. Since I never got my $5,000 and only got a $235.01 check in the mail for some reason, I decided to take a lump sum. I was done with this company. My lump sum request was approved and set for disbursement on November 1st. It's now November 2nd and still no money. When I checked my account yesterday they said they sent the funds to my bank. At 0330 hours I called Chase bank to ask if there was a despot pending on my account. They said no. I just tried to log into my retirement account and guess what? I'm locked out! I wonder what stories and run around I'm going to get today when I call them once they open for the day?
