Paypal will only verify by tracking # that the package was shipped to my address and ruI purchased a video game and they shipped a fake shipment to an address in the same zipcode so it would look like I led in seller's favor.
It was only when I supplied proof of delivery that I could prove it wasn't delivered to my address and paypal reversed the charges.
