Registered online for an IT certification course and paid using my credit card. Never received an invoice. Never received a course confirmation. Contacted the company six times using various methods to ask for a copy of the invoice and course confirmation.

Course date came and went and I still heard nothing. Asked for a refund and they have also not responded to that.

It has been a very frustrating experience dealing with iCertGlobal in trying to get a refund. We registered a student in November 2018 for a course and the trainer did not show up teach the class. The client waited for one hour outside of the facility and the doors remained locked. Because the trainer was not present for the training session, we were promised a refund by Russel Walker, Manager-Training and Delivery on November 9, 2018. After following up with Russell Walker again, we were promised a resolution within a week to take place by March 18, 2019. To this day we have still not received a refund, despite multiple promises. We have also reached out to the CEO, Irfa Sharief and sadly we did not hear back from him either. We find this to be a very poor way to do business together.

I took there ITIL training and they gave me a written test. The test results never came then after many calls and emails they used fraudulent method to create the test results. PeopleCert identified the processe as fradulent and refused to recognize the test. I hade to start over.

I found out they claimed to to be AXELOS certified training partner and I found they are not and use a training book with AXELOS logos. They stop email responses and will only call you. I suspect so not to leave a paper trail!! I requested a refund and they agreed to refund my money. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!

They just keep dragging it out. I will now begin filing FRAUD claims with my credit card company and the Texas State Attorney General, US Aterney General, the BBB, AXELOS. I honestly believe all those with similar experiences should get together for a Class Action Lawsuit.

When you pay the money for the course, they give you no pertinent information (including the exact location). They are slow to respond to email if at all). I enrolled for the CSM Certification Course, and three days before the class, they notified me it was cancelled and moved to another city. They only let me know this information when I contacted them directly (rather than notify via email)

It is currently my belief that this company purposefully undercommunicates in order to purposefully have its students miss the class, thus invalidating the option to refund. They said they could move my registration to another course that was being offered on the same day in a completely different city over 100 miles away from my location. It is a two day course, so that would require a 3 hour commute everyday and gas. I am currently requesting either reimbursement for a full refund. Do not deal with this company. I will remove this review if this is resolved efficiently.
