I ordered a cup from IceBerg Cups in 04/2016 which was never received then I ordered a cup from Amazon that was from the same company not realizing this later in the year. I contacted Amazon who attempted to contact them as well without success as their site is now down with no information. I am out a total of about $60 with both orders and have both confirmation emails/receipts of orders.
I ordered a 30 oz Yeti Rambler Tumber, 1 handle and a set of 4 reuseable straws on April 16, 2016. I got a confirmation number from them and another e-mail stating they appreciate my business with an e-mail address and a physical address but no phone number. My confirmation said the item was backordered for 2-3 weeks. The tracking number they gave me is useless. I disputed this with my credit card carrier. They did an investigation and whoever answered the credit card said I got it and my credit card re-charged me. I have since contacted my credit card and told them I want a phone number to whoever answered this investigation and I want to know how it was shipped..USPS, UPS, or FEDx. I have not received anything and again warning anybody DO NOT order from these people.

I've tried to contact the company but no phone number is listed and the one given to me by my credit card company is called "420 Financial." Again, no one answers but does give the option to let my contact information. NO ONE CONTACTED ME so it is obviously part of the scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
