This Guy, Reggie Arevalo, used to be a broker for a client. He referred one client with us to lease our seats. Though the client he referred did not last long and decided to discontinue. After over a year, Reggie contacted us again claiming that he has a client for us that will pay us by the hour. He explained that as a broker he will put a mark up on our standard prices. I considering we have done previous business with him, trusted that he will be teue to his word. He kept on calling requesting for our standard template of proposal and company profile. He explained that he will be the one to transact and just edit our standard templates. I insisted that we cannot do that for those are valuable information. We are only allowed to send it out in pdf format. I have hesitated and doubted his process as he may use our information for his means and misrepresent our company. Again, I asked to whome we need to address the proposal and what amount do we put for his mark up and I will send it to him in pdf.
He again replied, we need an editable Copy. I told him that I will trust him with our valuable documents as it has gained us multiple good clients. He on the other hand guaranteed that he will only use it to win the client he is recommending to us. After I sent it, i try and ger back to him on updates and the like but we have received no responses from him. We also tried calling him on his mobile soo man times and still he doesnt pick up our calls. I have done more research about him as I only know him through a client. Apparently he also owns a call center but with no physical address. As it seems, he has stolen our company information to misrepresent our company and win clients using our information so please beware of this guy.
