Came across this company at a conference back in Dec 2016, I was offered a promotional deal to try iappraisal for $546. By paying up-front I would secure my terriotory and was only paying for postage. The mailers would be free. Was told I could cancel at any time for a full refund. Was told that the company was waiting on their MLS approval that should arrive by March.
Finally, in April they contacted me to state that they needed my agents card information as well. She paid her $546 as well too. We were then sent a proof in May and said that mailers would be going out in a few weeks. Got no confirmation of mailers going out.
Then mid June received an email from Steven Marshall stating that they were putting all mailings on hold due to the CFPB investigating Zillow and compliance. He stated in the email the quickest way to get a refund was to dispute the charge with your bank. Well since my charge now goes back well over 6 months my bank will not allow me to dispute the charge.
Each time I contact the company I get a response back stating either we are looking into your account and it will be 6-8 weeks or easiest way to get a refund is to dispute the charge. So, going on almost 10 months and still NO REFUND. So, If I were you I would STAY AWAY. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they didnt even respond.
