This FLAMING A-HOLE'S (my opinion of him of course) name is Ian Quincannon. He requested an online quote from me on 6/15/16 through a lead provider known as iRelocation. He called me to discuss the shipment of a 2012 Fiat 500 from OH to NJ. He received an automated quote response from my software system which is just a ballpark estimate and not an exact price.
During our conversation, he praised my excellent reviews and even commented on how he admired my response to another non-customer named Dave Derecola who wrote a malicious and slanderous review similar to Quincannon's.
Quincannon then proceeded to send me emails attempting to chisel me on my broker's fee and tried to beat me up on the overall price of the transport, mostly which is under the discretionary control of the individual carrier who decides whether or not to accept the broker's posted bid.
I repeatedly replied with the same responses: As a broker, I only have control over my own broker's fee and I always quote a range of prices for a carrier rather than an exact price, and there is not going to be an exact price until such time as an individual carrier has been secured. Keep in mind that this is going back and forth and I quickly surmised that in my opinion, Ian Quincannon was a TWO-BIT CHEAPSKATE and that I wouldn't ship his vehicle for ANY amount of money because I have a very simple business policy and model: I DON'T DEAL WITH A-HOLES AND/OR CHEAPSKATES.

FALSE: THAT I TOLD HIM THAT ALL OTHER CARRIERS WERE "PIECES OF S**** IN BOILER ROOM CALL CENTERS IN FLORIDA". THIS MORON SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT CARRIERS DO THE PHYSICAL HAULING OF VEHICLES AND THAT BROKERS USUALLY HIRE TELEMARKETERS (MOST OF WHOM LIE AND UTILIZE DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES) TO FIND CARRIERS FOR CUSTOMERS. HE SEEMS TO FAIL TO REALIZE THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE ROLE OF A BROKER AND THAT OF A CARRIER.

I AM A CAR ENTHUSIAST WHO BUYS WHAT HE LIKES FOR THE SHEER DRIVING PLEASURE AND PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE THAT THEY PROVIDE, AND NOTHING MORE.
