I bought in 11/2016 a lightning cable from that company because they claimed to offer a lifetime warranty. In 08/2017, the cable stopped working, and I emailed the company repporting the case. They asked me to fill in the warranty form, which I did. Three months later, having not received the cable, I emailed them again.
They replied: "Thank you for contacting i10 customer support. We have received your warranty request. As soon as we have more of that item in stock, we will ship your replacement. Have a great day." It is absolutely inappropriate for a company that claims to offer a lifetime warranty.

I bought 2 cords on Kickstarter before they even had money to produce any products! I bought another one for my brother a few months later. All 3 of my cords stopped working around the same time so I put in a warranty request, received a shipping label and sent them. This was in DECEMBER ITS MAY! I emailed them making sure they received my cords and they had. They said I didn’t fill out a correct form so I filled out a form for the 3 separate cords.
5 months later STILL NO REPLACEMENTS! I have emailed them 4 times since then and they haven’t replied either. It’s ridiculous! They have lost a very loyal customer!
