I never received my order and was blocked from the Facebook of i love jewelry for asking when it would arrive i was also never email or could leave a message on their over filled phone they have done this to countless women
I placed an order early August 2016. Should have read the company reviews first. They took my money and sent me a bogus tracking number. Still no product.
I ordered a sweater on December 7. Have still not received. Recieved email with shipment info though it has been in pre shipement status for almost three weeks
This company is horrible! I placed an order at the end of October 2017 only to receive it at the end of December. The items were gifts and were not received in time...and the items were not monogrammed!! I had to quickly purchase gift cards to replace the gifts which cost me triple what I had already paid this despicable company! Sent numerous emails...awaiting a reply still.
On November 3rd, I placed a $90.00 order with this company. I understood that it would take 4-6 weeks before receiving my goods.
I have not received my items nor have I been able to get in touch with this company to check on my order.
The 1-800 number for customer service is never answered and the emails that I have send state it takes 24-48 hrs for response. No response has been received. I have sent 2 emails so far.
After trying repeatedly to get my ordered item I have sent a dozen emails with their automatic reply message coming back that someone would follow-up & call me. I have also tried calling, the phone just rings or rings busy. This company is so unprofessional!!!! I tried to post to their FB but they screen all comments so that didn't work either.
