Order on line 11/26/2018 for Christmas. As of today order is still showing processing. Tired to call 877 # numerous times pressed 0 for operator, and held for next person. After a no one answered phone hangs up. Found local number on website and number is disconnected. Sent multi emails and received auto response of 48 hours, after emails on 12/7 and 12/11 no response ever received.

I ORDERED A SHEPRA JACKET FOR 68$ SEPTEMBER 9th 2018 .. THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT ... NEVER RECEIVED MY JACKET GOT EMAIL CONFIRMING MY CONFORMATION NUMBER CANT EVEN TRACK ORDER.. I CALL NOBODY THERE TO ANSWER . I EMAIL 4 TIMES NO RESPONSE

I ordered two monogrammed sherpa pull overs on 12/9. They charged the full amount on 12/9. I have emailed and they have said we will get back with you. Today 1/14 and no word from them. Took my money and will not say "backordered" or out of stock. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow. This needs to be put on Facebook warning people not to order from them. 6 weeks ago I paid for merchandise I did not receive.

I ordered three items on 9/13/2017 totaling 115.20. My credit card was charged the full amount but I never received my order. Company would not reply to my requests to contact me regarding my order.

I have been emailing requesting a status update on my purchase of their monogram swag bag that I purchased as a Christmas present. I ordered December 1st and on their site it said order by December 5th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I emailed to double check the guarantee and at the beginning kayley emailed me back informing me my package would arrive in December before Christmas. Today is Christmas Eve and I have zero information on my package. I tried Facebook messenger instagram direct message instagram comments Facebook comments calling the number that doesn't go through and direct emails to the company and nobody will respond as to my guaranteed Christmas delivery. I'm furious now and would like a refund as well as my package. Not because I'm being spiteful but because I was guaranteed something completely bogus. I am not the first nor the last case where this has happened with this company. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I do expect my item as when I look on the site is says my order was fulfilled although it hasn't even shipped. I Need answers and I'm tired of waiting. Thank you I love jewelry for ruining Christmas!

I ordered booties for my daughter mid November. I was notified on 12/8 my order had been shipped. However it was never picked up by USPS. The company does not answer the phone or they take it off the hook. They do not respond to email inquiries or messages on social media. They have been ignoring all attempts to contact them for weeks. I guess my daughter will not get her Christmas gift. :-(

In early August I purchased a jacket in black and white in size small. They gave the option to have it monogrammed or not. I chose not to. It should have shipped sooner due to the fact it was not getting personalized. No where did it say it was a pre-order and would ship in October. Well today is 10/19/15 and still no jacket. If you look they ask 3-4 weeks for items order that are personalized. Which mine was not. I checked their Facebook page a bunch of times from the start of October until today, where I noticed a ton of comments asking about where their orders were. Not just my item but other items they provide. People say they tried to call but the phone will not let them leave messages. They email the business but never get a response. I have sent 2 facebook messsages to them and they did respond staying it was a pre-order. I have a screen shot of the item I ordered in the size which shows it wasn't a pre-order. In that same message they added it would ship this week. Well that week came and went with nothing. I sent another message telling them I would be disputing the charges if I do not receive info stating it was shipping. When they finally got back they said it will ship this week. Again. Well that was this past week and nothing. It is now well over 2 months since they charged my card and I have not gotten my item. On the Better Business Bureau page there are a ton of complaints which is where I will be heading next after this. One their Facebook page there are people who ordered well after myself and others who say they have gotten their item. I think it's employees planting those comments to keep people ordering.
