I ordered two stemless wine glasses that Red in dog wine I’ve only had one they were 21 ounce glasses they were $16.92 each with tax and shipping I was charged on my credit card $37.35 I have never received the merchandise.
I placed and order in July and it is now November. They keep telling my that my glasses were delayed due to a production issue. My glasses still have not shipped and it's now November and they can't even give me an estimated shipping date. I have had multiple emails between them and still NO product! DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I ordered 6 wine gobblets on Dec 3rd for the holidays as gifts. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I called their number on Dec 19th and emailed them with NO reply. I tried again on the 21st with NO reply. I finally received the poorly packed box with the glasses on Dec 29th and could hear the broken glass immediately. They wrapped brown paper around each glass and crammed them into a box with NO other padding and shipped it regular mail. I called them and again had to leave a message because they do not ever answer. I left a not so friendly message for them that I wanted info on refunding my money and asking where I can send the box back. I also emailed again with the sam message. They replied to the email within a few hours but their reply was filled with excuses with how customer service is hard and they are doing the best they can and blah, blah, blah.
To make matters worse, I received a call at 4:41AM from them but they hung up when they finally realized what time it was. They emailed me a claim form to fill out so they could replace my items. I do not want them replaced I want a full refund. This company offers cute gifts but they have absolutely no idea how to run a business. My next step will be to report them to my bank or fraud to get my money back.
