I saw an advertisement on Instagram for a miracle Tooth Whitening product. I placed an order because the commercial, packaging and website looked credible. It took over a month to receive the product. In addition it was not in the packaging I saw in the advert. All the text was In Chinese with a Chinese Logo. There was one sentence in English that say “Baking Soda Toothpaste.” There is no way I will use the product and there is no number to call to complain.

We have a detailed documentation of countless angry customers who have received a complete garbage knock off and thought it is was our product. Even the outer box has our name and old address on it. This is currently under investigation and we have lots of evidence and a collection the names of anyone involved in this fraudulent activity. It goes without saying that this is illegal and that there are severe penalties.

A horrible company
I ordered a wig in March it came in July . The wig was horrible I wanted to send it back and have my money returned but that was impossible as there were no way to send it back. I did get to read the reviews to late to keep me from ordering. I will just chalk up the cost of the wig and forget about it not worth the aggravation of dealing with this company.

Paid $20.00. All I received was a bag. That I could of bought from my dollar store. Stupid bunny bag. What a scam. Took 2 months to get it in the mail. Very dissatisfied.
I immediately cancelled my order an hour after i ordered it due to reading all the online reviews of scamming. They responded to me two weeks later saying they couldn't cancel the order. Now they wont answer my email when i want a return label. I didn't even open the package yet. I will simply call my credit card to cancel but how they get away with this is ridiculous.
Hysan, llc is impersonating the grill daddy brush company - they are complete imposters who are selling a cheap knock off of the multi-patented grill daddy steam brush - made in the usa! they are even using the logo, packaging design and claiming to be grill daddy by using www.Grilldaddy.Net.
We have received countless calls and emails from frustrated people who have been scammed and they are now reaching out to use because they have been mislead to think it was an original product. This is fraudulent and illegal! don't be fooled - they have done this many times with lots of other respectable and high quality us products. Now they are selling a complete piece of garbage - some have loose bristles which can be a great health hazard!
We have a detailed documentation of countless angry customers who have received a complete garbage knock off and thought it is was our product. Even the outer box has our name and old address on it. This is currently under investigation and we have lots of evidence and a collection the names of anyone involved in this fraudulent activity. It goes without saying that this is illegal and that there are severe penalties.

Not what i ordered
I ordered a comforter set, and received some type of ugly pillow case that was nothing, no color or anything like the comforter set i ordered. I tried calling the number i looked up based on the address, and it's the ups store!!! they said they have a mailbox there. I also tried calling and got some generic voicemail, which did not allow any information. I am pissed and i sent them a email, informing then that i will be calling the authorities for this scam.
Did not received any order just foam received on june 26 2020. Been wanting for 2 months. What the heck
I ordered a bedroom set and all I recieved was a pillow sham....
Not sure what i ordered...But got a 12" unfinished block of wood with two wires. I think it was a foldning table i had ordered.
Order was sent, but item was way smaller than expected. Does this company just use their address to allow other companies to continue scamming us? Or is this actually the company who fills the orders with supplies through their own warehouse? I payed through paypal, but they wouldn't do anything because they were told that i was actually receiving something that was ordered.
Jump Rope
I got a package from this company, but don't remember ordering from them. I googled this company to find out who they were, and why would they send out random packages to random people. I got a jump rope, and although it looks nice, I didn't order a jump rope...kinda weird, it looks like a garrote
