Hydramatrix is a scam

Received hydramatrix as a "free"gift for taking a survey. However the " free" gift was not free it did cost shipping and handling. therefore they now have your account. After a couple of weeks I received a charge of $88 for the free product stating that there was a disclaimer of a 14 day free trial only but there was no notification of this anywhere. Then they decided to send another shipment and charged $94.60, at which time I promptly sent it back return to sender. They now aledge I cannot prove I returned it and therefore will not refund my money. This company should be shut down! Plus the product is no good. I eventually tried it and it breaks me out.

Ordered two items, if not satisfied return within 30 days. I was not satisfied, I called the company to return the items within 30 days. They issued item numbers. When I mailed them I identified each item with the number. According with postal records they received the items and they credited my account for $44.00 on 1/19/2017. However, they should have credited my account for the full amount of $88.96. I have called on three different occasions and they always tell me the same story. They will notify higher management, they will send me an email and credit my account for the balance. Nothing has been done. Today is 3/18/2017 and they still have not issued the balance due to me $44.96.

I have read several of the complaints against this company ,and the same thing happened to me ! In December 2016 I ordered some Hydramatrix MD on line after taking a survey ! It was suppose to be free and I paid the shipping which was $1.99 ,and they then asked if I wanted to add the product SkinHydrate which I DECLINED. 2 weeks later I recieved BOTH products in the mail. When I looked at my card statement they had deducted the $1.99 shipping twice !

Then, 2 MONTHS later on February 13 2017 ( which was a Sunday). I was looking at my statement and a company named Dermanue deducted $89.00 from my card that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ! NOW I AM IN A TUG OF WAR WITH THEM AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get my money back !!! These companies are ALL intertwined.... If anyone finds a resolution to this PLEASE share the information as will I...

I did not order from this company this was an add on to another company's free trial. The first company who I gave my credit card information to was authorized to charge my account for the shipping $3.97. RESVIBRANT used that same credit card information and shipped me their product without my authorization. Furthermore I called them when they charged my account $88 they explained that I had a free trial. I had received their product 2 or even days days prior to that-they stated they start the countdown as soon as the product was ordered. I was not aware nor did I read anywhere that they would charge me $88 if I did not call them within the 14 day trial to cancel. The second item was unwanted and I did not order it to begin with . these 2 companies have the same address, however different business names & different phone numbers but used my same credit card that I authorized one company to use but not the other. I had to call customer service 2x and they claimed they would give me an employee discount and charge me 44. They acted like this was a big deal and I should feel lucky. Um,no. I told them I want to return it and wanted a refund d. They claimed they couldn't. I threatened to call my lawyer. A couple hrs later they wrote me with instructions on how to return the products. It was so sketchy from the beginning. Horrible customer service. Take advantage of people.

Ordered free trial of cream and serum - just pay for postage. Two weeks later they chared $88.64 twice to my credit card which unfortunately I didn't pickup that month. Following month they charged $94 twice for products they said I ordered on a monthly basis. All not true. They will not refund the $88 x 2 as they said it was a "money back guarantee" and I should have returned the product in 2 weeks. There was no mention of this anywhere in the ad or receipt. They never even sent a receipt for any of the charges on the credit card. Had I not checked my statement, I would not have picked them up. Am furious at being taken.

The two products were offered as a reward for taking a survey for only a charge of Shipping and Handling. Later my card was charged $82.00 for these products, a gift for my wife. She was allergic to alcohol, one of the principal ingredients in the beauty products, which causes her to have skin rashes. We returned the unopened products in November and am still waiting for a refund. When my wife called to return them, the representative offered a discount if she kept them. She explained her allergy and he still lowered the price. Finally he reluctantly gave her RMA numbers to return the products.

Save yourself grief. DO NOT BE FOOLED TO ORDER THESE PRODUCTS! THERE IS NOTHING FREE here.

This is from the first week of October 2016 until todays date of November 5 2016. I am on my forth charge to charge card and have never spoken to a person.

Did a survey online. After I was finished popped up pick 2 free items for doing survey and only pay for postage. So I did. Received merchandise on a Tuesday and on Satureday was charge for the $8 merchandise and postage. Tried calling phone number on my charge card statement and I get a recording saying they are only taking calls from 2am to 8pm eastern standard time. I live in that time zone, have called 6 times and still getting the same message.

I asked my bank to stop payment but they said since I have mechandise they can't. Now I was charge again on Thursday of last week and I received the merchandise today. I do not want to keep getting this merchandise every 2 weeks.

The bank said it was in fine print but I tried to do another survay to see if you can get to a page that does have something about owing for this and clicked on everything on page and it does not open another page with hidden clauses.

This is for 2 items at $94 a hit. My charge will not hold many of these. Please help fast.

I saw this free trial for a anti aging face serum it read only pay shipping 4.99 . I ordered the serum and added an additional cream free trial for shipping 4.99 . I received creams and next day I was charged $88 . That I never agreeed to. I called the number on the shipping box which was a totally different name from what I had ordered. And explained to the representative that I had never agreeed for the $88 to be taken from my account. We argued I said I wanted a refund he said I couldn't and that I had already purchased it. And could cancel my second order since they hadn't deducted that yet. I said i wanted to cancel and I didn't approve of them taking from my account he said he would canceland send me a email. I never received email. And will talk to my bank tomorrow and report fraud . This is a scam!

I did not order from this company this was an add on to another company's free trial. The first company who I gave my credit card information to was authorized to charge my account for the shipping $3.97. Hydra matrix MD used that same credit card information and shipped me their product without my authorization. Furthermore I called them when they charged my account $88 they explained that I had a free trial. #1 I had received their product two days prior to that. #2 this was unwanted and I did not order it to begin with . #3 I ordered the trial for Resvibrant. #4 extremely scandalous: these 2 companies have the same address, however different business names & different phone numbers but used my same credit card that I authorized one company to use but not the other. #5 I found the offer for Resvibrant on Facebook, once I entered my credit card information shipping address billing address completed the order a screen popped up for hydra matrix and there was no way to opt out of it it's suggested they were going to send the free trial.

Because of this I decided when the packages arrived in the mail I would ship them back and this is what I planned to do but was charged before I could even do that. ***. Setting aside my huge inconvenience of arguing with them over the phone three separate occasions plus calling my bank to report the fraud and during a move out of state this was a pain ) oh and the most ridiculous part of all their argument over the phone was that I had the 14 day trial but kept the product I told them I didn't ask for it number one number two I never gave you my credit card to charge me number three I barely got the product two days ago a number for your shirt into my bank account without my permission and that's fraud .
