HydraYouth advertized a 14 day free trial of the product and all I had to do was pay for the shipping. I gave my credit card info for the shipping and never saw the fine print about being charged $92 and automatically unrolled in the monthly renewal. I didn’t know until I received the email that I was charged with a next shipment on it’s way. I called the company immediately to have it cancelled. They stated that my credit card cannot be refunded but may qualify for a 50 percent refund via check in 4-6 weeks. The third party customer service representative on the shipping recipt was clueless and uneducated about the product. When I got the second shipment, the product was the same 0.5 oz trial size. What a scam. The website has no info about the full price or size os product. I really regret giving my credit card info. Order #92847
Horrible scam! do not buy this product. My mom is elderly and ended up with 3 charges of $92.96 to her credit card. The “refund” they gave her back...A measly $46.48. I will never understand people that take advantage of the elderly this way. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I ordered 3 items from them - It is not that the products were bad, but be careful of the fine print!!! - they auto renew after a month, and charge your account, before items even mailed - it has taken me numerous emails, and phone calls to almost resolve the issue - they spend most of the time offering all kinds of deals, so I cancelled my account - Still have 1 pending charge, and trying to deal with them is brutal - be cautious when you order items - you may have committed to an auto renewal - without even knowing - Simply not worth it!!!!
I logged onto a website for a product called Luxure. I ordered a free sample of Luxure. Two days later, I received their product but I also received a product from Hydra Youth which I had not ordered. I was not even on their website! How they did it, I don't know. They charged my credit card $4.95 for a free sample of their product then proceeded to try and charge my credit card again for $92.00. I called them immediately and was told I had ordered it and if I'd read the fine print I would see that if I didn't return their product within 14 days I was under contract to pay $92 a month for shipments of their product. I told them I could not have read their contact because I didn't order their product. The customer service representative refused to cancel my subscription. How Hydra Youth tapped into Luxure's website to get my info I don't know but this company needs to be investigated immediately.
HydraYouth charged me 92.95 for products that i had not.ordered. I mreviewed their ads from which I had replied to "free" offer (which cost me more than 10.00. I review their ad and found no mention of a 14 day trial.Clearly, this is deliberately misleading. When I called the company, I was told that they would cancel my subscription, but could notrefundmy money, inspite of the fact that I had never received any additional product.
Hydrayouth advertised a free 14 day trial all I had to do was pay $4.98 for shipping. After I agreed to that and gave my credit card info they showed the small print. If you don't return after 14 days and cancel your order they will charge you $92 a month. I called to cancel the next day. They couldn't find my account even though they already charged me for the shipping. So I waited a few more days and called again. Not only did they have my account but they already charged my card the $92, before the 2 weeks was even over with. They refuse to return my money even though I've never even used their products. They're a bunch of lying crooked scammers who just rip off people who believe it when they see "free" trial
