I had an interlock system installed, the next morning the camera attached to the windshield fell off, i tried to get it back on with no luck, so now when i drive the camera slides on top of the dash, i spent over 4 hours driving and waiting and then in less than 24 hours the part fell off. when i was quoted the price i asked if a united states postal money order would be fine to pay with, i was told that would be fine, when i got there they refused to take a united states postal money order, they wanted cash, very strange and very disrespectfull toward out government and country.
Now they want me to have to drive with this device sliding on the dash board for a month, as it is a 2 hour trip, , i wanted to be compensated for another trip to get it fixed, they refused, no fault of my own., the lady was very nasty to me, like it was my fault, then she says this happens sometimes, like nothing, i would no recommend this place at all. a normal business would have it fixed right away and compensate the customer for time and gas money, since they made the mistake.
