They told me they would help me: negotiate my last four years of taxes. They sent me a contract and within a few days of sending back to them it is now deleted and i nt get a phone ll. I nt get the contract. I have reqested in writing for them to stop taking money from my account 3 different times and they continue to do it. When my bank and assets were frozen i could not get anyone even to answer the phone. I ended up taking re of the issue myself. I am blind and they have sent me more paper work to fil out then the irs has.
I had someone fill it out for me and have sent it three times, they say that is not true, wont give me my contract, told me they would not refund over 3,000.00 dollars, and continue to take it out. i had to close my account at my bank. I am fililing suit on them this week. do not do any business with theses smmers.
