Sent them a check for $3,225.54 and it was promptly cashed on January 13, 2022. My order never shipped and they have stopped responding to emails. Voicemail box is full. Local sheriffs department has been contacted, along with the BBB. Next step of my order isn’t received will be to file in small claims court.
I've been waiting over two months for my purchase. They only accept checks and money orders so I mailed them a $450.38 check for my order. I waited six weeks and nothing arrived. So I emailed them and got no reply. I called them and was told my order was "in shipping" and would be sent the following day. I waited another two weeks and nothing arrived.
So I called again. The same lady answered the phone and said it was "in shipping" and would be sent the following day. I told her that's what she told me two weeks ago. Then she got mad and starts telling me I don't understand how hard it is to box things up and send them to impatient customers. I think two months was patient enough for an item that simply needed to be placed in a box and mailed.
Don't buy from Hunters Lodge Corporation unless you like being given the runaround.
