Beware of employee Mauricio -- he will take away your belongings without your consent and is very disrespectful. When I asked Mauricio why my belongings (bags and paperwork) were missing, he admitted that he took them when I used the bathroom for 5 minutes. He claimed that he threw them all in the trash. The manager's excuse was that Mauricio was tired, disoriented and rude only because he had been working for 12 hours. Manager offered a hollow apology, but did not seem eager to train his employees well in the future.
