After having ordered an item posted on this company's website, I received a package from China with a completely different item. After having contacted the company through their website, I received a request to order other items from their site at a discount. Despite asking to return the wrong item and obtaining a full refund, the company representatives kept asking me to buy something else from the site. In their last email they asked that I keep the item and receive a partial refund of 20%. The conversation reached a dead end, as I do not wish to keep the item, as it does not fit my standards aesthetically and it is not what I ordered, and the company representatives do not seem to be reasonable at all. The conclusion I have reached is that this website is a scam - masquerading as a Hugo Boss retailer. I hope that this comment will serve as a deterrent for future victims of this site. It is a scam.
