There should be a '0' avaiable. I purchased a Livingroom set and was scheduled for delivery on April 1st, 2023 received no calls or delivery. I then called their Customer Service and they tell me I am not in the system for delivery. So I went back to the store and got scheduled for April 6th, 2023. The delivery truck came and I opened the door and they bring the 1st piece in and they both go outside and I think it was to get the rest of the set. The Driver then comes back inside and say can I sign and I ask where the rest is and he said 'Lost'. I said what, he said call Customer Service. I call and ask for a Manager and was connected to: Lisa Barkalow who told me that the rest of the livingroom was on a truck between their warehouses and they couldn't figure where the truck was in time for delivery. I then explain this Livingroom set was purchased to assure I had furniture for Easter and family. She stated well sorry again for the 2nd time delivery mixup but at least we got you 1-piece. So, I then said please cancel the whole order that i no longer want it. Lisa stated oh well 'you are out of luck' we have your money and it can't be cancel. I told her she better make arraigements to have the 1 piece pickup and she told me that under No circumstances would she do that and if i don't take delivery of the rest consider that i just paid them all that money for 1 piece and that Huffman Koos or herself will 'NEVER' refund my money. So I recommend 'NO-ONE' to ever shop at the Huffman Koos brand. You would probably get better service at a 'FLEA MARKET or GARAGE SALE'.
Purchase formal dining room set ( table, 6 side chairs, 2 arm chairs, a china hutch and table pads) on October 10 2015 to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Called and visited store to find arrival date and when a date was finally told they said chairs were on back order. After Thanksgiving was told chairs will arrive on Jan 6 2016. Date came and went and still no chairs, was given the run around, everyone I spoke to was emailing this one, that one and never got an answer. On the end of January 2016 was finally told the arm chairs were discontinued by manufacture. They wanted me to come in to look at new sets that had just come in. Obliged to find no new sets as they had the same thing when I originally went there. I chose to return everything back and they said they would come on Jan 13 2016 to pick up their merchandise. A 2 to 6 window was given for pick up. 4pm pickup truck called said running late, then 5pm called and said their truck broke down and couldn't get to us. when speaking to the men he said he would re schedule for Jan 20 2016, I asked for an early window as we waste our time waiting for nothing. As of Friday Jan 19th no phone call with window for pick up, I callEd store to see if they knew time. Not only did they still have pick up for Jan 13 but said we weren't home for pick up. I lost it and I explained how the pick up person called etc. This furniture store is the worse place ever, I know all furniture stores have issues but this one takes the cake. Consumers beware of Huffman Koo's terrible retail store.
