A friend and I have a permanent bids number with Hudson auction. Hudson Auction messed up and charged us for something we did not bid on nor did we place on a pre-bid sheet. My partner was not with me when we picked up the item, once he saw it was not something either one of us bid on, I let Larry, the owner, know that Monday. Per their policy. We checked the bid sheet together and confirmed that this item was not on there. We did have in the same category, but it was not the same brand, style, nowhere close to the same number nor was it located in the same part of the auction. He asked if he could look into it. After a few week, he told me he didn't know and to bring it back if we could not use it. I tried to return it, since we could not use a damages item missing pieces. They yelled at me and tried to blame me for waiting a month, tried to put me on limited bidding status.
I have spent over $8,000 in the last year there and this was a $30 item. I have never been treated so poorly, being yelled at and blamed for something I did everything they asked me to do. I will ot return and WARN ever one, When Hudson Auction makes a mistake and you can clear show them it's their mistake, they will not step up and take care of you. Instead they will treat you like trash. Don't waste your time. Larry is not a honest business owner. There is more but wanted to keep this short.
