I ordered two Olympic items from this company through their website. The website overcharged my card when the items were clearly for sale and discounted.
I called their 1-800 line to have this corrected. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and then refused to fix the problem saying they can no longer see the sale prices. I told them they had overcharged me and this was a requirement that they resolve this.
They then, without letting me know, transferred me to another line that had nobody there and just a generic voice mail. I was then hung up on.
I have emailed them multiple times and had no reply.
