I used this service to locate low income housing. The service was confusing and didn't show anything that was worth considering. The service is actually free of charge ond the HUD PAGE. To try to cancel is confusing and deceiving. They refused to cancel the charges and I only used it for 1 night.They charged me 44.90 x3. I'm currently working with my charge card to refund my money. This is a total rip off consumers beware
