David and Tracy Huckins took advantage of a man named Marc Theroux who was known to be mentally ill and suffer from chronic mental health issues. They watched as Marc fell into financial turmoil and came to his quick rescue on the conditions that he sign a will pre-written by David and Tracy's attorney to give everything in his posession to them when he passed away. This man was malnourished and suffered from alcoholism, both of which severely impaired his judgement. David and Tracy waited until Marc was intoxicated and got him to sign away his home for $1 under the guise that they would take care of him and provide for him.
Marc was left in a decrepit and dirty home and ignored entirely by David and Tracy until his death which occurred almost exactly a year after the contract was signed. They claim they did everything they could to help Marc, but failed to even lift a finger to help him when he needed it. David and Tracy took it upon themselves to get a no-trespass order against Marc's son, so he was unable to care for his father. Despite constant pleas from Marc, David and Tracy refused to lift the no trespass order. David and Tracy should not be allowed to do business with anyone after they so blatantly took advantage of someone with mental illness for their own benefit. If they did this to Marc, they will certainly do this to anyone else they can manage to befriend and trick.
